a) R = 1.2 V / 0.6 A = 2 Ω
bi) I = 0.6A /2 = 0.3A (because Y and Z are of same resistance)
ii) 0.6A - 0.3A = 0.3A
c) i) V=IR = 0.3 A * 2 Ω = 0.6V
ii) Potential difference across Z = potential difference across Y (parallel circuit)
= 0.6 V
